APPEARANCE,
Atticus is a fit young man. He's fond of swimming, and can generally be found somewhere with a pool. When working out, he will use actual equipment, but prefers to get his workouts through swimming. Disliking the body he had when he was younger, he changed that, and now has the muscular body build that he wanted. His hair is a deep blue that looks almost black when wet. Just as he disliked the body he had, he disliked how short his hair was. As he worked on his body, he worked on growing his hair out. He now has a ponytail that goes down to the middle of his back; he also kept the long bags that go down and cover his right eye. Most of the time his hair tends to flare out and do whatever it wants, and he just lets it. Atticus's eyes are a bright aquamarine, and his teeth are slightly sharp and pointed (this proves to be good when intimidating someone). The tattoos he's gotten over time are a source of pride with Atticus. He has quite a few adoring his skin. Down the length of his forearm a tribal tattoo with a circular red design circles down. A swirling tribal design covers the length of the right side of his chest and stomach. A small one curls around his right eye, which is generally hidden by his bangs. On his left bicep and down the length of the left side of his back rests multiple tattoos of pink water lilies. Laugh, and you die. The scar across the bridge of his nose, however, he doesn't view as a source of pride, but he ignores it like the rest of the scars covering his body.
There are times that Atticus has a hard time finding clothes that actually fit. He stands at six feet six inches tall. He's proud of his height, and also sort of glad that he probably won't be growing any more. There are too many places as it is that he has to duck to get inside. His clothing of choice generally tends to fluctuate. He likes clothes that are tighter fitting, but aren't so tight it's uncomfortable and hard to move in. He doesn't do it often, but he will walk around shirtless if he gets the chance to. He can a lot of the time be found wearing a red kimono that he keeps mostly open, dark pants.
ITEMS,
Bracelet: A simple silver band with a single, rounded sapphire. He generally keeps this item hidden from sight, it's much to precious, but he doesn't go anywhere without. It belonged to his mother.
Butterfly Knives: Two black and blue knives he got from a close friend back in the States. To many, these knives can prove to be unreliable and hard to use, but he's practiced using them for many years. He can use them with ease. He, too, keeps these on his person at all times.
SKILLSET,
Street Smarts: If there's one thing that Atticus knows, it's the down and dirty that happens in the streets and the dark lit alleyways. He's pretty good at getting any kind of information from just about anyone. He's sort of one of those guys that knows a guy that knows a guy. He's quick, efficient, and to the point when it comes to this particular subject. Some information, though, ain't free, and ain't cheap to come by. Depending on the situation, the info may or may not cost.
Athletic: Being as active as Atticus is, this trait has proved to be a good skill to have and to hone. He's just as quick a runner as he is a swimmer, and he's flexible enough to move easily in situations. He's dabbled in some parkour, and he's hoping to hone that skill a bit better.
HISTORY,
Atticus was the second child born to Alexandria Fallon, and his life was relatively simple, nothing terribly out of the ordinary. He was raised by his mother, and no one else. Alexandria was a strong woman who stood on her own two feet, and didn't take crap from anyone. Atticus admired her more than anything in the entire world. His father, however, is nothing but foreign to him, and he knows next to nothing about him. That's how his mother wanted to keep it. What he does know is that his mother went over to Japan on a business trip, met his father, and the whole falling in love thing happened. She moved there, and they got married, having their first child Mei Yamamoto. About eight years or so down the line, a rift formed between the two of them, and they ended up getting a divorce. Mei stayed with her father, and Alexandria moved back to New York to stay with a friend until she could get another place of her own. Shortly after arriving back in New York, Alexandria gave birth to Atticus, and he's remained in the States. The two never spoke again, which was just fine by her. Alexandria did want, though, was for her children to keep in contact. Over the years, Atticus has kept in contact with his sister, Mei, who goes by Pandora (he finds odd, but whatever) though e-mail. He enjoys talking with her, and finds her easy to talk to. Generally when his mom is busy with work, and he has a problem, he'll go to Mei about it. From what he can tell through the e-mails, she seems to be as much of a spit-fire as he is, which is good. They seem to balance each other out. Although she's a good few years older than him, he still finds her easy to talk to. He's never met her in person. Alexandria kept in contact with her daughter through e-mail, too. She still loved Mei immensely, but couldn't stand her ex-husband.
Shortly after Atticus turned seventeen, his life took a turn for the worst. His mother, who he absolutely adored and loved more than anything in the world died. She was involved in an accident while she was on her way back home from a business trip. She wasn't but five minutes away from their house when a drunk driver ran her over. The collision caused an almost immediate death for Alexandria. A friend had picked her up from the airport and had offered to drop her off, but the day was so nice, she decided to walk home. That clearly, wasn't the choice she should have made. Upon receiving the phone call that there had been an accident with his mother, Atticus's heart dropped into the pit of his stomach as he rushed to the scene; it was bloody, and more than he could handle. Thousands upon thousands of feelings of rage, hatred, anger, sadness and fear swelled up inside of the teenager. He was totally at a loss for what to do. Had he not been restrained, he would have killed the drunk driver right on the spot for taking his mother away from him.
Once things were set in order and motion, Alexandria's will was given a look over. Her will stated that in the unfortunate event that anything might happen to her and leave Atticus alone while he was still underage, he was to go live with his sister Mei Yamamoto in Japan. Besides his father, who he had no idea where he was, Mei was the only other living relative he had to rely on. Being seventeen, he was not emancipated, and was no allowed to live on his own. His mother's will also stated that absolutely everything she owned belonged to Atticus. His mother's job was decent, and they had a comfortable living, so he wasn't just thrown to the wolves with having no income whatsoever. After Atticus (with much difficulty) rifled through everything, kept what he wanted and sold what he didn't, and sold the house, he packed up everything he wanted to keep, every thing that was important, and moved out to Japan to live with his sister.
This was a hard thing to go through, and for the longest time, it seemed like the pain wouldn't ever go away. But, as time passed on, so did the pain. There were still nights that he had nightmares about the accident, but he supposed that wasn't something that could be helped. For a long time, his attitude was shit, but Mei knocked him out of that quicker than one could blink an eye. He's now back to the cocky, self-assured dude that he was before his mother's death. If anything changed, he turned a bit more jaded towards things and whatnot, but he guessed that, too, was normal.
EXTRAS,
At the age of six, Atticus had his own little accident. Rain had been pouring down for days, and not being able to go out and play was just utterly devastating. Once the rain had finally stopped, being unable to wait any longer, the six year old ran to the park to play. He began climbing the same chain link fence he always did, but lost his footing this time and landed face first on the jagged prongs at the top. He was rewarded with a semi large, long scar across the bridge of his nose.
He was not surprised that Pandora made him go to school, still being underage and whatnot. He attends Raira Academy, and doesn't have many people he hangs out with in school. He isn't involved in any clubs, and he's not really sure he wants to, to be honest. There are days that he'll skip all together, but hey, whatever.
Once Atticus got comfortable and settled in with his new life in Japan, he joined The Dollars. He hasn't told Pandora this.
