This board encompasses the other areas that don't have appropriate boards made for them. These areas are - but not limited to - places like other districts in Tokyo such as Shibuya or Shinjuku to the headquarters of the local gangs. Hell, you could go out of Tokyo completely! Like anything happens outside of Ikebukuro anyway...
